Illumination

Ilumination was an experiment with long exposure photography. Inspired by Gjon Mili's portrait of Picasso drawing a minotaur with a flashlight, I gave some friends LED keychain lights to draw with. The idea was for them to reveal something personal that is not normally visible. Everyone had a lot of fun modeling for me, and this is one of my all-time favorite projects.
